International Consultants & Investigations (ICI) for the third year in agreement with OSC is providing Crisis Management and Emergency service, and is mandated to provide response teams to prevent and mitigate harm in a crisis for traveling Japanese Businessmen and Students studying in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Central America. ICI’s teams under the provisions of the contract with Japan must respond within 24 hours to mitigate harm to the Japanese businessmen or students in a life threatening situation.
